The 5,200-square-foot facility offers year-round environmental education programs, exhibits and presentations. The MAC houses a large exhibit area, nature store, auditorium, meeting room, classroom and office area. On its 198 acres, there are five types of habitat, two restored freshwater marshes, two-miles of trails, and an all-access observation platform. Canoes, kayaks, and snowshoes are available to access the heart of Montezuma’s wetlands, forests, and grasslands. Other recreational opportunities include nature photography, cross-country skiing, fishing, picnicking, wildlife viewing, and hiking.
