Here’s how it’ll work:

 Stop in on any day that we’re open between Thursday 9/14 & Monday 9/25 to enter the competition. Purchase a 32oz beer and get a free entry into the competition! We’ll serve your beer in a stein, then time you to see how long you can hold your stein out straight! You may do this alone, or “compete” alongside another friend or two. We’ll record all of your information and your final time. Then the beer is yours to drink!

After Monday 9/25, once all have entered the competition, we will contact the 6 men and the 6 women that hold the longest/best times. They’ll come back and compete against each other in our final Stein Holding competition which will be held during our Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday, September 30th (more details to follow)! Spectators are welcome and encouraged!

The top man and woman in the final competition will receive a prize (and bragging rights, of course)!

This is going to be so much fun, and we can’t wait for everyone to pop into Runaway Blue and test their stein holding strength! Just remember- the first person out gets to drink the coldest beer.
