The September 7th Program of the Williamson-Pultneyville Historical Society (W-PHS) will feature the C.A. Palmer Fife and Drum Corp. All are welcome to attend and enjoy the resounding military music of the fife and drum and learn about the historical significance of the instruments, uniforms, customs, and traditions.
