The Newark and Marion Railway

Marion Town Historian Caryn Devlin will present a free program on “The Newark and Marion Railway” on Monday, March 20 at 7:00 PM.  The Newark and Marion Railway was first chartered in 1901 and continued in service until 1984 when the Ontario Midland discontinued the service on this line.  Come find out all that happened in between!

She will have copies of “The Train That Stopped For The Traffic Light” by Richard Palmer for sale for $15.00 including tax. To reserve your copy,  email marion.ny.historian@gmail.com.  Checks should be made to Marion Historic Association.
